With her kind and nurturing nature, she goes above and beyond to ensure that everyone feels cared for—like family. Her dedication to making the office a positive, welcoming environment has earned her the admiration and love of her colleagues, who often turn to her not just for professional support, but for a kind word and a listening ear. Janelle’s exceptional organizational skills are matched only by her big heart, making her an indispensable part of the PDQ family. When she’s not at work, Janelle loves spending time with her husband, Bobby, and their three kids, as well as their adorable fur baby, Charlie, and grandpups. A true Kansas City fan, Janelle is always cheering for the Jayhawks and the Chiefs, bringing her spirited energy from the office to the stands!
